Almberg Taxidermy has been providing the highest quality, artistic recreations for discerning hunters and anglers for nearly 25 years. We are located 5 1/2 miles west of Worthington, MN and 3 /12 miles east of Rushmore, MN on County Highway 35.We are less than 1-hour east of Sioux Falls, SD on I-90 to MN Exit 34. You are encouraged to stop and visit our newly constructed studio (to be completed by hunting season this fall!) before deciding where to take your hard earned trophy for preservation.
I have extensive experience with all Western game animals including Elk, Mule Deer, Pronghorn, Antelope, Mountain Goat, and Sheep etc. I encourage you to call me for proper trophy care instruction before heading out for your hunt. One of the most common and avoidable mistakes I see is improper field care. The cost of an average guided hunt isn't cheap. If you are intending to have your trophies mounted after the hunt; please know proper filed care for your downed animal.
We customize every trophy to the client's specifications. The utmost attention is given to every detail to ensure that your trophy looks as real as the day you took it. A very professional service with our emphasis on quality care of your trophy is offered. We treat every mount as if it were our own. You will see the detail in our mounts in the gallery of photos.

All antler plaques are guaranteed by Christmas with 50% deposit. We use only the highest quality components available to ensure lifelike realism. This is an economical alternative to shoulder mounts with European (skull) mounts and antler plaques.
Remember; all antler plaques in before Thanksgiving will be completed by December, 23rd!
